The Fig Tree Restaurant at the Lucas House seats 64 for dining and, weather permitting, an additional  22 seats on the porch and 20 on the patio.

Three of the five newly restored dining rooms are located on the second floor of this historic house overlooking Independence Park. Two dining rooms and a full service bar are located on the first floor adjacent to the main entry hall.

Two original grand fireplaces adorn the first floorbar and dining room and a third adds to the ambience and intimacy of one of the upstairs dining rooms. Massive pocket doors on the first floor can be closed to divide the space into separate rooms, reflecting the original house concept.

The first-floor entry, dining rooms, bar, lounge and porch are fully handicap accessible.
